We had a fantastic experience with John. He has a level of old-school professionalism that I've not encountered in any of my other (quite numerous) apartment hunting expeditions. From the first time we spoke, it was clear he was firmly on our side: he was quick to get a sense of what we wanted (though we didn't make it easy for him), and clearly put a lot of effort into finding the perfect places to show us. Once we found some hopefuls, he drove us around, gave us the inside details that we wouldn't have known otherwise (exposing likely low estimates of winter heating bills, etc), and then negotiated to close at the price we wanted. TL;DR: If you are looking for a place in Boston and you want to have a good time of it, I'd highly recommend John.
I had a fantastic experience with Boston Haus! The team is incredibly professional, attentive, and dedicated to providing excellent service. Ashley, the agent who first showed me the unit and other similar units in the neighborhood, was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful throughout the leasing process. John is also a helpful member of the team who was involved in my onboarding process and was there towards the end of my time in Boston. Although I didn't have many interactions with Will, he always shows all tenants the utmost respect and goes out of his way to assist, such as helping me carry a heavy package up the stairs. And to the lovely man who keeps the building's interior clean: Thank you for your hard work. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, professional real estate company.
